Terms of Service
These Terms of Service form a commercial agreement between you and EasyStarter for access to, purchase of, and use of EasyStarter products, code, documentation, tutorials, and related online services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, creating an account, clicking to agree, placing an order, making a payment, downloading code, or using any EasyStarter product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
Service and Digital Product Description
EasyStarter provides digital SaaS development templates, source code, documentation, video tutorials, membership access, updates, community access, and support-related services. The Service is delivered online and consists of intangible digital products. Access is usually granted immediately after purchase, so refunds, withdrawal rights, and termination are governed by the express terms below.
Account Responsibilities
You must provide true, accurate, complete, and current account and billing information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, payment methods, download links, and team access, and for all activity, orders, downloads, deployments, and use under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, credential exposure, or billing errors, contact us immediately at lixunemail@gmail.com.
Product Use Rules
After payment and subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use EasyStarter code, templates, and documentation for your own or your organization's product development, internal business use, and commercial projects. You may not sell, rent, share, publicly distribute, sublicense, or repackage EasyStarter itself, its source code, derivative templates, documentation, videos, or member-only materials as a template, starter kit, course, code package, asset library, or competing product.
Commercial Contract
Your order, the information shown at checkout, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any refund policy we expressly publish form the complete commercial agreement between the parties. If the product name, price, taxes, billing cycle, discount, trial, access scope, or special commercial terms shown at checkout conflict with this page, the checkout information confirmed by you at payment controls for that order. These Terms do not create rights for any third party.
Pricing and Billing Cycle
The current EasyStarter web checkout configuration offers a Lifetime plan: a one-time payment of USD 99.00, originally USD 119.00, with the corresponding lifetime access rights after successful payment; this one-time purchase does not renew automatically. If monthly, annual, credit-based, or other subscription plans are offered in the future, the pricing page and checkout page will state the applicable price, currency, taxes, trial period, billing cycle, renewal date, and access scope. You authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the order amount you confirm. Unless checkout states otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, bank fees, currency conversion charges, and third-party platform fees.
Cancellation Policy
Lifetime one-time purchases do not require cancellation of automatic renewal. If you purchase a subscription plan, you may cancel through the billing entry in account settings, the payment processor portal, or by contacting lixunemail@gmail.com. Cancellation usually stops renewal at the end of the then-current paid billing period, and access remains available until that period ends unless the refund policy, mandatory law, or checkout terms state otherwise.
Refund Policy
EasyStarter is an intangible digital product delivered immediately after payment. Except where required by mandatory law, duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or our verified failure to deliver the purchased access, all completed payments are generally non-refundable. You may request a billing review by emailing lixunemail@gmail.com with your account email, transaction ID, charge date, amount, and issue description; refunds that meet an exception are usually returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Orders involving breach of these Terms, fraud, malicious chargebacks, unauthorized sharing or resale, or public distribution of EasyStarter code or materials are not refundable. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at lixunemail@gmail.com with your account email, transaction ID, charge date, amount, and issue description. We will use reasonable efforts to acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and correct confirmed errors promptly. You agree not to submit false, malicious, or repeated chargebacks; you are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for fees, recovery costs, and reasonable losses caused by your breach, fraud, or incorrect dispute.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, security-abusive, malware-related, system-attack, access-control circumvention, non-public scraping, service-disruptive, privacy-infringing, intellectual-property-infringing, payment-network-violating, or export-control-violating activity. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass authorization, share paid accounts, resell access in bulk, or otherwise harm EasyStarter, other users, or any third party.
Intellectual Property and License
EasyStarter's brand, website, documentation, videos, designs, examples, template structure, source code, and other materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the license expressly granted by these Terms, we and the applicable rights holders reserve all rights. Business code and products you build for your own end product using EasyStarter are yours, but that ownership does not include any right to redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit EasyStarter's original code, templates, documentation, brand, or recognizable derivative templates as a competing product.
Data, Privacy, and Security
We process account, billing, usage, and technical data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed by compliant payment processors such as Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers on our own servers. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit, upload, or use in your projects has a lawful source and necessary authorization. We use reasonable security measures to protect the Service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyStarter and the related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express, implied, or statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, security, compatibility, commercial outcome, revenue growth, app store approval, third-party service availability, or a specific deployment result. Documentation, tutorials, and examples are not legal, tax, financial, security, or compliance advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, business interruption, substitute service costs, or third-party claims. Regardless of the legal theory, our total cumulative liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid to EasyStarter in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; if you paid no fees, the liability cap is USD 100.
User Breach Responsibility
If you breach these Terms, infringe our intellectual property, misuse the Service, commit fraud, submit malicious chargebacks, share or resell the product without authorization, or cause us to face third-party claims, investigations, penalties, losses, or expenses, you must stop the breach and compensate us for reasonable losses, attorneys' fees, investigation costs, chargeback fees, and enforcement costs. We may suspend your account, revoke access, deny refunds, terminate your license, and take legal action where necessary.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may contact lixunemail@gmail.com to request account closure. If you materially breach these Terms, create security risk, commit fraud, submit chargebacks, use the Service unlawfully, infringe intellectual property, or if we are legally required to act, we may suspend or terminate your account, access rights, and license. Termination does not affect payment obligations, refund limitations, intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, or governing law provisions that arose before termination or by their nature should survive.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising from these Terms, orders, payments, access, or use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The parties agree to first attempt good-faith informal resolution for at least 30 days by contacting lixunemail@gmail.com. If unresolved, any lawsuit or judicial proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Delaware, United States.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the website, account notice, or email where practical. If you continue to access, purchase, download, or use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and follow the applicable cancellation or refund rules.
